SuperFlora opened its doors for Generation Café

The sessions were held in a so-called Generation Café, where Eye For Improvement told us in an interactive way about the qualities and desires of each generation. It was enlightening to see how different generations within our company came together, shared their perspectives and learned to understand each other better.
Of course, the sessions ended with a joint pub quiz. After all, what is a pub without a quiz?
The Generation Café not only increased our knowledge, but also laid a good foundation laid for further developments in generation management within SuperFlora. We look forward to applying these insights and making our organisation even more more resilient.
